Tropical Storm Sean Recap

Tropical Storm Sean formed on October 11, 20XX, after a tropical depression intensified off the west coast of Africa. Despite the initial hinderance caused by dry air and vertical wind shear, environmental conditions improved, leading to the formation of the storm about 525 miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands. Sean peaked as a tropical storm with winds of 45 mph before weakening back to a depression and then re-strengthening briefly. However, the storm experienced little additional organization and weakened once more to a tropical depression before becoming a remnant low on October 15, east of the Leeward Islands.

Sean lingered for a day and a half as a remnant low before dissipating on October 16, continuing slowly west-northwestward during that time. Despite some convective bursts, the storm was highly sheared throughout its duration, impacting its ability to maintain intensity. The storm's peak intensity was 45 mph with a minimum central pressure of 1005 mbar (hPa). Ultimately, Tropical Storm Sean brought little significant impacts as it dissipated in the Atlantic Ocean without affecting any land areas.
